Daoist Qigong

Four week introductory course
March 11th to April 1st

We will explore selected segments from several traditional Daoist Qigong practices in this 4 week introductory course. Both moving and standing Qigong techniques will be taught along with breathing patterns and methods of moving fluidly. These practices tonify the muscles, bones, and organs as well as enhancing one’s Qi (life force energy). Suitable for all ages!

Introduction to Wudang Style Tai Chi

Four week introductory course
March 11th to April 1st

A 4 week introductory course teaching basic techniques from the fluid, powerful, and elegant style of Tai Chi from one of the major centers of Daoism in China, Wudang Mountain. Utilizing ancient and modern techniques of Internal Alchemy and physical development, Wudang Tai Chi balances body, breath, energy, movement, mind and spirit. It develops and enhances physical strength, balance and stability, graceful and fluid movement, awareness and mindfulness. A taste of practices that were once carefully guarded secrets known only to the Daoist monks that are now openly shared with all! Suitable for all ages.

Paul & Rosalie DiCrescenzo

About the teachers

Instructors Paul and Rosalie DiCrescenzo have been martial arts practitioners since 1977 and met and became a couple while training in their first style. Their early training included Korean karate and swordsmanship and Japanese classical weapons. They have been exclusively training and teaching Chinese martial arts for the last 23 years. They are two of the few authorized United States Tai Chi and Qigong instructors of the Wudangdao Cultural Institute founded by Master Zhong XueChao, 15th generation disciple of Wudang Mountain’s San Feng Pai and nephew to San Feng Pai’s Grandmaster, Master Zhong YunLong. Rosalie holds the rank of Jiaolian (Professional Trainer/Coach) and Paul holds the rank of Shifu (Master/Teacher).
