How Often will I get emails?
Most of the year, emails will average about once a week - sometimes less, sometimes more. During the warmer weather, emails will be sent out more frequently as we often have outdoor activities going on that sometimes involve weather related updates.

If you are part of a MetroWest Tai Chi class or have signed up for a workshop or other event, you may get additional emails related to those specific events.
