Best Classes for Beginners
If you have never taken a T’ai Chi class before, or if you have limited T’ai Chi experience, here are a list of classes that might work best for you.
East School Gym, Natick – Traditional T’ai Chi – Monday Evenings 6:30
- Traditional T’ai Chi
- In-Person Class
- 10-Week Registration Course (Registration Required)
- Class starts on September 18th and runs through December 4th. (No Class on 9/25 or 10/9.)
- Cost is $100 for Natick residents, $120 for non-residents
- Classes are held at East School Gym, 90 Oak St., Natick
We offer all levels of classes on Monday nights. For beginners, there is a “First Section” class at 6:30. This class will cover basic elements of T’ai Chi and will run through the movements of the First Section of the form. This class is led by Karen.

T’ai Chi is well known for improving our balance. While any practice of T’ai Chi will benefit your balance, the following classes put an emphasis on this by simplifying the movements and focusing on the aspects of T’ai Chi that benefit our balance and stability.
