This page is a little rough right now. It will be cleaned up soon.

But in the meantime, I wanted to get the videos out to you. Enjoy.

Continuing with T’ai Chi Classes

Right now I teach Traditional T’ai Chi classes at three locations. Below is a list of those classes with a little bit of information:

Lumina – Tuesdays 7:00 – 8:15 PM
This is an ongoing “drop-in” style of T’ai Chi class. The group in this class is mixed between those who have learned the entire form to those who are still in the early stages of learning. Depending on who is in the class and what we are working on at any given time, we may focus on learning a specific sequence within the form, some fine-tuning of moves or deeper concepts within T’ai Chi.

Natick – Mondays 6:30 – 7:30 PM (Advanced classes 7:45 – 8:45 PM)
This class takes place at the East School building on Oak St., right by the intersection with Rte 9.

At this location we are able to divide up each section of the form into its own class. So at 6:30 we have a class for the first section and on for the second section (taught by my assistant Helen). We also teach classes for the third section and for those who have been through all three sections.

Sudbury Senior Center – Mondays 2:15 – 3:15 PM
This tends to be a larger class with a broad mix of experience levels. Some have been practicing for years while others are just starting out. This class is structured such that we generally “cycle” through the different sections of the form. (Although most weeks we try to run through all three sections one time at the end of class.)
